Attack on Titan Tops Filmarks 2022 Anime Ranking Poll
The summer anime season has started, and fans are looking for what’s to come from the industry. They have already released a slew of notable shows this year that range from romance to action. After conducting a recent survey in Japan, netizens found Attack on Titan part two is leading in audience satisfaction for anime releases this year.
The rankings were determined by Filmarks, one of the most popular review services in Japan. Filmarks did a campaign recently asking their community to vote for the best movies, dramas, and anime in the first half of 2022. The results have been tallied, and it turns out Attack on Titan won the vote with hair to spare.
Recently, the top ten anime according to voters are Attack on Titan season 3; Kaguya-sama: Love Is War season 2; Spy x Family season 3; JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean season 1; Teasing Master Takagi-san season 2; Kotaro Lives Alone season 1; Komi Can’t Communicate season 1 & 2; Love Death + Robots series 3 & 4.
The titles of anime and other films are going to be released in 2022. Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween will be on the list, along with Fruit Basket: Prelude and Free: The Final Stroke - Volume 2.
